What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or clinic, profession, and — if you choose to give one — your reason for wanting to attend. Nothing else is collected, and the form is the only place we ask for it.
Why we collect it
Solely to review waitlist requests and to contact you about this launch event. Capacity is limited, so the details you give are used to decide who receives an invitation and to send arrival information to those who do.
Where it is stored
Submissions are recorded in a private Google Sheet accessible only to the organisers. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time, and you can withdraw consent for us to contact you. Write to emily@aesthetictraininghub.co.uk and we will act on it.
